Original Etch A Sketch instruction booklet from the 1960s.
Get this to go along with your vintage Etch A Sketch in your toy collection. The original instructions are hard to find, as they were almost always tossed in the trash, because… well… nobody needed them!
It is a single page folded to 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 then again to 5-1/2 x 4-1/4. When opened fully, it is 11″ x 8-1/2″. There is a tear at the center, folded edge. Otherwise, it’s in very good condition.
“Etch A Sketch does everything but dot the i.” The instructions say it’s easy and “Soon you’ll be an expert!” I don’t know about you, but I never could do anything but make jagged lines. I tried and tried and will still try if I have one in my hand. But….. always. Jagged lines.
