It shares favorite recipes from 204 Holiday Inns in 32 states and Canada. It is assumed that these were the states Holiday Inns were located at the time.
The book is used and does show that. The cover, although it is hard to see in the pictures, is soiled from rubbing against other cookbooks. The inside front and back cover and first and last page are foxed. There are a few very small food splatters on pages 2 and 3. Otherwise, it is clean and with no torn pages or marks.
