
Golden Beef Casserole – An easy recipe using ground beef, corn, cheese and Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 45 minutes
Heat oven to 350°
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chuck or other ground meat
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
8 ozs. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Cream Of Mushroom soup
Instructions:
- Brown the meat and drain
- Mix all ingredients and salt to taste
- Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling
