Blenko 6811 tangerine and amberina decanter with stopper, produced in 1968. A little over 16″ tall including the stopper. The bottle has a beautiful swirl design. The stopper is smooth, solid red. Both the stopper and the neck of the bottle are ground to keep the stopper in position more securely. Hand blown and has pontil on the bottom. I believe it was designed by Joel Myers. It’s in beautiful condition. There are a couple of inside air bubbles, but no cracks, chips, or nicks. There is, what I believe to be a concentration of color all around the base inside. Please see all photos, as this could be construed to be cloudiness, however, and I could be wrong, but don’t believe the bottle was ever used. It was very difficult for my camera to capture this without over or under showing it. I was not successful, but erred on the side of over-doing it.
