The green, cloth cover, hardback book is 12-1/2″ tall and 9-1/2″ wide and has 252 pages. It contains written instructions along with exercises.
The condition is good, however, the cover is soiled around the edges and its corners are bumped. The pages inside have yellowed with age, but there are no tears and no marks.
This is a great collectible for the serious piano student or piano teacher.
