Vintage, green flame tip bottle stopper, 5″ tall. I don’t know the maker for certain, but it’s possibly Blenko. You probably know better than I. The flame area is about 3-1/4″ high and the stopper part that fits inside the bottle neck is about 1-3/4″. The bottom area is 3/4″ in diameter at the very bottom and about 1-1/4″ at the widest. The very bottom does have a chip as can be seen in one of the photos. I found a couple of air bubbles in the flame.
