Three yards of 1990s vintage, Christmas tree fabric, red plaid. 46″ wide. The trees look black in my pictures, but they are a spruce green. Each square is 1-1/2″. The rows of trees alternate the direction of the tops, so it has no right or wrong direction. The back has a ribbon effect where the trees are embroidered, making it reversible – in my opinion. I find no stains or pulls.
Use for quilts, bags, pillows, Christmas crafts, or even certain clothes. It has a somewhat stiff hand, but this may loosen when washed. I remember this fabric being made into little girls’ jumpers and adult vests. THe fabric content is unknown, probably a poly blend, but it doesn’t wrinkle easily, so there most likely isn’t a lot of cotton.
