Beautiful, brass lady figural tabletop candelabra with three cups for candles. The bobeches or wax catchers are bent. Please see the full description below and all the photos.
She’s about 13″ tall and 7-1/2″ wide. The base is about 4″ square. One hand is holding her hat and the other is holding her dress at her hip. The base features flowers and scrolls. It has a lovely patina and is a bit heavier than you’d expect just looking at it. There are NO holes for hanging prisms. It was never intended for them.
The candle cups are straight, but the bobeche, or wax catcher, on the left is bent down on the left side. The one on the right is leaning to the back overall and the center one is slightly bent on the back. Hopefully, I’ve shown these clearly in the photos.
This is perfect for your romantic, Victorian or even Italian Florentine style decor. I’m soooo tempted to keep this, but you know how it goes. We can’t keep it all! Still, if someone doesn’t snatch it up pretty quickly, I just might change my mind.
