Vintage barware set, from the 1950s-60s. Glass pitcher and 4 glasses in a black and gold criss-cross pattern. Such a rare find! The handled glass pitcher measures approx. 10″ tall x 8″ wide (measured from the tip of the spout to the back of the carrying handle). Each of the four matching glasses measures approx. 5.5″ tall x 2.75″ in diameter.
The painted stripes do have some scratches and the gold band around the rim of the pitcher is worn as well as the gold around the rim of the glasses in spots. This is not something I noticed until I started to examine it closely. Just standing near and gazing, I don’t see these. Be aware also, that the photos greatly exaggerate this, just like looking at them through a magnifying glass, but you need to see it and know that, probably not one escaped at least some kind of scratch. Also, there is glare in the photos. I did not show every flaw I could find.
