Expanding, accordion, sewing pattern file in red, Scotch plaid, finished and tied with a red ribbon. There are compartments for: Aprons/Transfer patterns, Coats/Suits, Dresses, Skirts/Blouses/Lingerie, Sports Apparel, Baby Clothes, Child’s Aprons/Coats, Child’s Dresses, Child’s Skirts/Blouses, Misc/Style Leaflets.
It is made of heavy, card stock in a plaid, woven look. It is 9-3/4″ wide and 7-3/4″ tall. The bottom expands to approximately 7″, so it won’t hold a lot of patterns, but red, Scotch plaid makes it hard to resist.
The ribbon is not in very good condition. Both ends have holes in them and the longer side has a notch cut into it about 7″ from the end.
The flap has a couple of small spots that are missing color and the edges do show some color wear.
