Fab and so very Peter Max, original poster from the grand opening of the South Coast Village in Santa Ana, California in August of 1973. Before I go further, please be sure to see all the pictures and read the complete description. The poster is good, but is NOT perfect. It is unframed and the size is 24-3/4″ wide and 36-3/4″ long. It is clean, not stinky and the colors are still vivid. The corners though have taken a bit of a beating through the years. If you frame it, this should not show. There is also a soft crease/bend toward the upper middle and other, less noticeable, soft bends all over. I won’t try to pretend they’re not there. They are and you need to know they’re there. There are some light spots around the words at the bottom. It has been rolled up for who knows how long. Many, many years, I’d expect. I’ll send it to you still rolled up and in a tube or a long box.
This is a funky, groovy, psychedelic piece of history by the master of groovy psychedelics.
