Such a pretty, vintage sake bottle. Soft yellow, changing to white at the bottom with hand painted, gold chrysanthemums and a gold border at the top.
It is quite small, standing only 4-3/4″ tall and the neck, which is 2-3/4″ long, is just 3/4″ diameter. The base is bulbous and is about 2-1/4″ diameter at the widest. See all the pictures to get a visual of the size.
This would be perfect on a vanity tray mingling with perfume bottles. Use it as a bud vase!
It’s in great condition. No chips, cracks or crazing. It does not have a stopper. Maker is unknown.
