Vintage maxi skirt from the late 1970’s-early 1980’s, size small. It has horizontal stripes in brown, burnt orange, gold, cream and olive green.
The skirt laces up the side through metal grommets with a flap underneath so nothing shows that you don’t want to show. It also has hook and eye and snap closures at the waist. There are both front and back darts.
The fabric is a heavy, cotton blend similar to denim in weight.
There is no size but it seems to be small or extra small. Measurements are below.
It is in very good condition. There are very, very, small, occasional holes above the hem. I’m certain the hem has been let out. The lady who owned this was quite tall. The hem now is finished on the inside with blanket binding.

Waist: 26-1/2″
Hip 7″ below the waist: 39″
Length: 40″
Length of lace-up area: 18″ (It’s open to the hem after that)
It would be really cute as a short skirt as well!
