Vintage, cats valance, made in the USA for KMart, probably in the 1980s, still in it’s factory bag. It is 60″ wide and 16″ long. 100% polyester, ivory in color, and has a rod pocket. It features cats sitting in window sills with a pot of flowers next to them. I believe the main design would have been machine made, and the package says it is hand-scalloped.
