Oh, my goodness! How fun is this vintage camel planter?! He is lying down and his basket is actually a flower pot that lifts out so that the camel itself can be a planter as well. I have never seen one with the flowerpot. I bet most were separated and broken over the years.
One of the camel’s ears is chipped and the flowerpot has a small chip. Please see all the pictures. There is general crazing as well. Still, it’s a hard-to-find piece in any condition – and complete to boot!
Made of pottery, it is 8-1/2″ long, 5″ tall and 4-1/2″ wide.
So fun for Boho decor or Egyptian!
