Vintage, 1960s, perhaps late 1950s, brushed gold, contact lens case. It has a tiny pair of rhinestone glasses on top. Open the lid and there are the bowls for the contacts.
This has never been used. The case was still wrapped in tissue paper. I had to unwrap it to take the picture, then carefully re-wrapped. Though it isn’t quite as neat as originally. It comes with the original box, instructions for opening the metal box, and a blue, felt bag (not pictured).
