Vintage, blue and white tape dispenser. It is white porcelain with blue flowers. Andrea by Sadek, made in Japan probably in the 1960s or early 70s. 5″ long and 3-1/4″ high and in beautiful condition with no damage. It still has the wooden wheel. The bottom has black foam and the original Parisian sticker with the price torn off. It was probably a gift to the previous owner. This is a lovely addition to a feminine or French desk and chinoiserie decor.
