Vintage 1950s, Vogue 8878, wiggle dress pattern. 34″ bust. Dated 1957.

The dress, with a large, Peter Pan style collar, buttons down the front to the hip. A pleat continues past the buttons allowing room for movement. The top has two waist darts. It can have short sleeves or 3/4 length.

Measurements:
Bust: 34″
Hip: 37″
Size 16

Suggested fabrics: Linen, pique, cotton broadcloth, percale, cotton tweed, chambray, flannel, wool crepe, light-weight woolen, crepe, shantung, faille.

The pattern has been cut and used but is complete and the pieces are in good condition.
