Small Florentine Trinket Box Dome Top Casket

Small, Florentine trinket box featuring the decoupaged print of Madame Vigee Lebrun and Her Daughter on the domed top. The box, with its raised, gesso designs, is 4″ wide, 2-1/4″ deep and 2-1/2″ tall and is in well-cared-for condition. There are a couple of tiny paint nicks at the bottom edge and, as is typical for these boxes, sometimes the lid closes a bit askew. The inside and the bottom are painted red. There is the remains of a small sticker on the bottom that more than likely stated it was made in Italy.
