Vintage, white, porcelain towel bar holders for a round towel bar. The holes for the bar is 1/2″. The holders are 2-7/8″ high x 2-1/8″ wide and the arm will project from the wall approximately 3″. They will attach to the wall with two screws (NOT included) for each holder. There is a hole for a screw at the top and bottom of the backplate. There is some faint discoloration on the bottom of each arm. This seems to be baked into the glaze.
