Large, vintage, brass clamshell planter that is a whopping 10″ in diameter! It stands a little over 7″ tall. This dignified style, with the plain top edges, is not often seen. (Most, actually all similar that I’ve seen, have a lace edge and they are smaller.) It sits on four, shell shaped feet. It was used and has naturally aged patina and indications of use on the inside. I’ve made no attempt to polish. One side has a thumb size dent.
