Psychedelic Black Light Holiday Fair Cat Bank 1960s Pop Art

Fun, Holiday Fair cat bank in bright, black light reactive, psychedelic colors, dated 1968. Standing at 6-1/2″ tall, he has a green and white face, green ears, feet and tail, a blue jacket, pink pants and an orange bow tie and is holding a black hat, looking for all the world like a cartoon hobo. He still has his black, soft plastic stopper. At the bottom on the back, is raised, HOLIDAY FAIR, and on the bottom is © OSL-1968 JAPAN. It still has the original, circus tent, Holiday Fair sticker. I find no chips, nicks or cracks. Made of chalkware.
