Vintage from 1993, Carol’s Rose Garden Fancy Notes. Die cut and embossed with pretty pansies at the top. These were partially used. There are 143 left out of an original 230 sheets. Each sheet is 3-1/2″ square with scalloped edges. The flowers, as well as a border, are embossed. The box has yellowed and has edge wear. The plastic top is deeply yellowed and has split corners.
