Blenko, Pinwheel, tangerine carafe, #2118, but I also see it as #6812, I believe designed by Joel Myers. Just over 9-1/2″ tall with red at the top and amber toward the bottom. The base is 3″ x 4-1/4″. I find no chips, nicks, or cracks, nor do I see any water damage.
