Here are a few things you need to know:
- We currently sell on this site, Etsy, and eBay. Often one item will be in all three places. Note that unless specified, there is only one of each item, even if you see it in 3 places.
- Currently, we only ship to US addresses.
- There are no returns on magazines, patterns, or books
- Returns on vintage items only if it was broken in transit or misrepresented in the description and pictures. Please read the description carefully, look closely at the pictures and note the size before buying.
- If there is a problem, let me know.
Shipping is within three business days. That means, if you bought something on Friday afternoon, it’s likely to be Monday before it is shipped. If you buy something during the week, it’s usually shipped the same or the next day.
Most things are shipped by USPS. You’ll have a choice of Ground Advantage or Priority at checkout. Magazine bundles are usually shipped flat rate priority. Tracking numbers will be provided.
Both new and recycled boxes are used. If it’s a recycled box, I do try to make sure it’s strong and clean. Occasionally the only choice looks pretty rough, but rest assured, I’ve done everything in my power to make it stable and to protect the contents. I’ve been selling online since 1997. Packing items so they arrive intact is one of my missions. I’ve bought things that were poorly packed and arrived broken. I know how it feels. We don’t want that to happen to you!
Although Just Vintage is a two person business, this website is my sole responsibility. I don’t anticipate things going wrong, but then we never do, do we? Please have patience and act with kindness with any crazy thing that might happen.
