Vintage, 3 tier, inlaid wood, folding serving tray. This awesome, collapsable server probably dates to the 1940s and was most likely made in India. The round trays, which are decorated with inlaid flowers and swirls are each 8-3/4″ in diameter. The server, when fully opened, is 19″ wide. When folded up for storage, it is 12-1/2″ tall and 9-1/2″ wide.
The base swivels out to support the bottom trays. There are little, wooden, “latches” that hold the trays in place when folded. It’s a little tricky to unfold, but once you get it, you wonder why it seemed so hard.
Use this in your Boho decor to hold fruit or plants or nick-nacks or simply, with nothing else adorning it.
Condition: There are scuffs indicative of age and storage. There are also minor areas where the inlay is missing.
