Large brass rectangular planter that I call a window box planter. Made in India, it is heavy brass with ribbed sides, 17-1/2″ long, 8″ front to back and 6-1/2″ deep, so if you do intend to put it on the window sill, the sill will need to be a rather deep sill. But of course, it’s certainly not limited to a window sill! Use it as a table centerpiece or in shelf styling. It’s big enough to hold a few books (if placed face out) or small, folded throws or even a pillow. I believe in the kitchen, it could probably hold a collection of rolling pins. Or how about a plate and/or platter collection? Oooo… I better stop before I talk myself into keeping it!
