1929 Texas State Fair RPPC. Family photo of husband, wife, and their son. Taken in a studio at the state fair in Dallas, TX, with a backdrop that reads, “State Fair of Texas 1929″ and has the star of Texas in the center. 3-1/2′ x 5-1/2”.

The unmailed card has a brown spot on the right edge that does show through the back, and the bottom was cut unevenly. It also has a soft curl and doesn’t lie flat. I have not tried to flatten. The card itself has mellowed the soft, off white of age. The image is not dark and vivid, but I believe that is how it was processed originally.

Written in pencil on the front looks like, Uncle Toms son Joe. On the back looks like

Joe, Lee, Miller
(illegible for me) Joe
 wife
W.P. Joe
 Boy.

A companion card of the same family is also available in a separate listing.
