Let’s do a little primitive Thanksgiving decorating. You might know, I love primitives for fall. See: Primitives and Fall – A Match Made In Heaven
Here’s a fun, little, primitive, shoe shine tote with great, naturally crackled, brown paint.
Kinda looks a little plain just sitting there like that. But it is full of potential! I started thinking how good it would be decorated for Thanksgiving and here is the result:
Then I thought about other holidays and did a quick “let’s see.”
Valentine’s Day:
Spring and summer:
Easter:
Christmas:
This little tote can be used so many ways! How about a beachy them for summer? Filled with pine cones for fall and winter? Mason jars with tea light candles for January? Or through all seasons, in your kitchen holding tea towels or utensils? A bathroom holding soap, toiletries or hand towels and rags? In the laundry room for…. laundry room stuff. A remote control caddy. The list is endless!
Where can you get one of these for your very own? Well I’ll tell ya. This one’s for sale! It can be yours either here in the blog shop or in my Etsy shop. (Covering all my bases, don’t-cha know?) This is one of the things that I’ll think I’ll continue to use until someone buys it or I’m convinced it should live here indefinitely.
