A charming, small, metal, tole vase or cup for your vintage Italian decor. Made in the 1960’s, it is a light, avocado green with black trim and decal.
The decal is of two, floral bouquets with a garland tied in the middle. Black is painted around the top and bottom. It is higher on the sides and shorter in the front and back. The sides are 3-5/8″ tall and the front and back are 3″ tall. The bottom is marked, “Made In Italy – T2.”
The paint on the black trim is chipped – see the close-up picture. Otherwise it is in very good condition.
I envision this used on a desk for pens and pencils, in the dining room or kitchen holding beautiful silverware, as a vase with flowers or used as is. It’s pretty enough on it’s on and doesn’t necessarily need a use.
