Cutie patootie, vintage from the 1980s, bisque (unglazed), cow bell. He sits about 4-1/2″ tall and is wearing a pinkish bow tie. His eyes cut to the side and he has a big grin with his tongue sticking out. His bell is intact. The original, gold sticker is on the inside and reads, Made In Taiwan R.O.C. I find no chips, nicks, or cracks.
