Two, fun, vintage brushes. One is a small paint brush, the other a round, stiff, straw bristle, stipple(?) brush.

The stipple brush is 10″ long with a wooden handle. The bristles are quite coarse and stiff. They appear to be straw. The wood on the handle has a beautiful patina.
The little, green paint brush spoke to me when I saw it. It is so lowly. The handle is plastic and broken on the end. But… it’s green! A pretty shade of green at that. The metal holding the bristles is terribly rusted and caved in on one side. The bristles curve out to one side. There’s something about the combination of all this that is so charming. It is 7″ long.
