Every time a bell rings an angel gets his wings. These angels are definitely of the female variety, but bells have tinkled and they’ve gotten their wings.

I’m not decorating much this year again. This little tree is one of the few things I’ve done.

Since Thanksgiving, I’ve had a wicked stomach bug and almost immediately afterward got a chest cold. I just haven’t felt like doing much.

My throat is still sore and I’m subject to coughing fits, but things do seem to be on the mend.

These little angels make me smile. And the one in the next picture somehow reminds me of my granddaughter, Dani. Not sure why, but she does. Maybe it’s the cheeks. Or maybe it’s because she’s hitting herself in the head with a stick. You know. Baby coordination, or lack of.

It was fun mixing some of my vintage angels and bells. Choosing just the right ones. Not too big and not too garish. Now, let’s see if I can muster up the “want to” to do any more decorating.

  1. Thanks for visiting my blog, Love your white tree with vintage ornaments, I have the same bell ornament with the red stripe, it was from my grandparents.

    1. Having oranaments that belonged to your grandparents is so special! I would love to have some of my grandparents’ but frankly, I don’t even remember their trees. Odd how I’ve never thought of that before.
