Open Face Tomato Sandwiches
Recipe for open face tomato sandwiches. An easy, great tasting, finger food for those holiday parties. My friend Jeri made these for Longleaf’s Christmas open house. They were so good I thought I’d be a copy cat and make them for Pickle Patch’s open house. I’m a bit embarrassed about the way they look in the picture. Kinda sloppy. I was just proud I remembered to get a picture at all! They’re really easy. No measuring or anything.

- Dijon mustard
- Real bacon bits
- White bread
- Add enough Dijon mustard to mayonnaise to color the mayo.
- Cut bread in circles and spread the mayo mixture on the circles.
- Sprinkle with bacon bits and top with tomato slices.
- Can it get easier than that?
